Joining the GNU Assembly

If you are a maintainer or contributor to a GNU package sharing the same vision as we do, we’d love to have you on board! The steps to join the Assembly are as follows:

1. Read the Social Contract. Participants in the Assembly are required to endorse it. Endorsement allows us to make sure we’re all on the same page, following the same goals and sharing the same values.
2. Subscribe to the Assembly mailing list and check out the code of conduct that applies.
3. Introduce yourself on the list and propose changes adding you to the software page (source), which a committer will apply for you.
